Implementation of Import Cargo Processing Fee for the validation of Import Permits at the JPCO

SUBJECT: Cluster 2 implementation of the Import Cargo Processing Fee (ICPF) for the validation of Import Permits at the Joint PEZA-Customs Office starting 1 August 2023


In accordance with the 10th Revision of the PEZA Citizen’s Charter, dated 31 March 2023, and based on the existing issuances; PEZA Board resolution No 01-152 dated 10 May 2001, Administrative Order No. 2010-001 dated 22 March 2010, and Memorandum order No. 2011-002 dated 20 April 2011, all Joint PEZA-Customs Offices in Visayas and Mindanao shall be implementing the Import Cargo Processing Fee (ICPF) for the validation/processing of import permits, starting 1 August 2023.

Please be guided by below schedule of fees based on the distance from port of discharge to the economic zone destination or receiving economic zone:

Distance from Point of Discharge to Receiving ZoneICPF
Distance from Point of Discharge in Cluster 2 areas to Receiving Zone is within 75 KmPhp 200.00
Distance from Point of Discharge in Cluster 2 areas to Receiving Zone is above 75 Km up to 150 KmPhp 400.00
Distance from Point of Discharge in Cluster 2 areas to Receiving Zone is above 150 Km up to 300 KmPhp 500.00
Distance from Point of Discharge in Cluster 2 areas to Receiving Zone is above 300 KmPhp 750.00
